We are in Swansboro, NC, this is not the Shark’s Tooth Island in Carolina Beach (If booked incorrectly we are unable to refund due to limited availability)
Price is for round-trip. You can leave as early 8:00am and the last taxis come in at 4pm. The Captain will keep you updated on any changes. We can take groups of 6 per boat at a time. Lightweight compact folding chairs, coolers and umbrellas are permitted

Highly flammable liquids are not allowed on the boats
Due to restricted space, large items such as wagons, non-folding luggage carriers, large folding chairs, huge strollers, etc. will be accommodated as space permits for an additional charge

We do run in inclement weather, we still run if it’s raining as well as wind.
If we have to cancel our taxis due to inclement or unsafe weather conditions, we will immediately call you using the phone number in your reservation, and we will then work with you to re-book, give you a voucher for a future time, etc.

When you purchase your ticket, it is for a round-trip ride to and from the island.

How long you stay on the island is up to you. Last Pick up time is 4pm. Taxi comes by for pickups roughly every 30 minutes!

Yes, they are required. If last minute, you can try calling and we will do our best!

No. We have bathroom facilities at our shop, however, once on the island there are none.

Limited food and beverages are sold at our shop in Swansboro. We sell snacks, beverages, and beach gear at our shop.
By the Bridge Restaurant is located next to us and is a great spot for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for our taxi trips. This means in the event that you need to cancel your trip, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your departure time. If you cancel within 24 hours of your trip, your tickets will be non-refundable.
