Pontoon Boat FAQs
How old do I need to be to rent, and do I need a special license?
You must be 25 years old to rent and provide a credit card to hold as a damage deposit. Get your boater’s safety for free at https://www.boatus.org/free/ .
Are pets allowed on the pontoon boats?
Yes! Our pets are family, and we hate leaving them behind. Therefore, we wouldn’t expect you to have to leave yours out either. Although please note you are responsible for any damages. Also the boats do not have boarding ladders for pets.
What times are available, and how can I book?
Pontoons can be booked online (online bookings show up to date availability) or give us a call at (910) 389-1471.
Are we allowed to pull a tube behind the Pontoon boat?
Sorry, but no. Due to safety and insurance purposes, we do not allow any type of towing behind our pontoon rentals.
Where are we allowed to go, and are we allowed to fish?
The pontoon rentals have a large area to explore. Yes, fishing is allowed. However NC requires everyone 16 and older to posses a NC issued fishing license. These can be purchased online or at any bait and tackle store.
