Our trips start as early as 8am and the last taxi back to the shop comes in at 7pm— the captain will keep you updated on any changes. All pets must remain on leashes 6′ or shorter

Highly flammable liquids are not allowed on the boats
Due to restricted space, large items such as wagons, non-folding luggage carriers, large folding chairs, huge strollers, etc. will be accommodated as space permits for an additional charge

When you purchase your ticket, it is for a round-trip ride to and from the island.

How long you stay on the island is up to you! On your way to the island, our captain will have you pick a time slot (last is at 7pm) to be picked up and brought back. This is due to the fact that, in the past, most groups wanted to pack up and leave around the same time— which left customers waiting to be picked up and our captain in a sticky situation.
Please keep in mind that you are not the only people on the island; not everyone can be on the last ride back!

We do have bathroom facilities at our shop but once you’re on the island, there is nowhere to use the bathroom.

Limited food and beverages are sold at our shop in Swansboro. We sell snacks, beverages, and beach gear at our shop.
By the Bridge Restaurant is located next to us and is a great spot for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for our taxi trips. This means in the event that you need to cancel your trip, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your departure time. If you cancel within 24 hours of your trip, your tickets will be non-refundable.

We do still run in semi-inclement weather; meaning we still run if it’s raining or windy.
If we have to cancel our ferries due to inclement or unsafe weather conditions, we will immediately call you using the phone number in your reservation, and we will then work with you to re-book, give you a voucher for a future time, etc.
Please ensure that the phone number included on your reservation is a correct, working number, and is a mobile phone number that we will be able to reach you at. In the event that we cannot reach you, we will also send an email and text.
